The Association of Compounding Pharmacists of Canada is committed to respecting the privacy of individuals and recognizes the need appropriately manage and protect any personal information that users of this site agree to share with ACPC. Personal Information may include, information about an identifiable individual, but does not include the name, title or business address or telephone number of an employee of an organization.

ACPC collects personally identifiable information i.e. names, postal address, email address, etc., when voluntarily submitted by visitors to the Site. The information provided is used to fulfill your specific request unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists. It may also be used to provide programs and services to the user. We will limit the collection and use of Personal Information to that required for valid business purposes of ACPC or to comply with legislation. All emails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings.

Only authorized persons, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information.
