The Association of Compounding Pharmacists of Canada is committed to respecting the privacy of individuals and recognizes the need appropriately manage and protect any personal information that users of this site agree to share with ACPC. Personal Information may include, information about an identifiable individual, but does not include the name, title or business address or telephone number of an employee of an organization.

By providing Personal Information to ACPC you agree and consent that we may collect, use and disclose your Personal Information in accordance with this Policy. In addition, where appropriate, specific authorizations or consents may be obtained from time to time.

It should be noted that in certain circumstances, such as Membership, services can only be offered if you provide Personal Information to ACPC. Consequently, if you choose not to provide us with any required Personal Information, we may not be able to offer you the services requested. Collection, Use and Disclosure of Information

ACPC collects personally identifiable information i.e. names, postal address, email address, etc., when voluntarily submitted by visitors to the Site. The information provided is used to fulfill your specific request unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing lists.  It may also be used to provide programs and services to the user.  We will limit the collection and use of Personal Information to that required for valid business purposes of ACPC or to comply with legislation. All emails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings.

We share your Personal Information only with employees for the purposes described above.  We may also disclose your Personal Information to third party service providers for such purposes, who will be obligated to protect your Personal Information.  We may also disclose your Personal Information where required by law.
